How much do you charge for shipping?
That depends on how many and which items you're ordering and the country you're having your order shipped to. The shipping charge can be displayed directly at the shopping cart: Place an item in the cart, select the destination country and delivery service. After this the shipping cost will be calculated.
How long is the delivery time?
Usually all orders leave our warehouse in Berlin same or next working day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your parcel is dispatched. Orders paid for in advance (bank transfer, cash in letter) are sent as soon as we have accepted your payment. The estimated travel time of your order is displayed to you in the shopping cart after you have chosen a delivery service. Be aware that the time displayed is just an estimation and starts when we ship your order. If you think your parcel is overdue check the tracking link we sent you with your dispatch confirmation email. If you can’t trace your parcel this way feel free to get in touch.
How can I pay?
We offer several ways of payment: Paypal, credit card, bank transfer in advance, bank account debit (Germany only) and cash on delivery (Germany only). No matter how you order, your data is always transmitted encrypted through secure server communication. For some payment services we have charge extra fees (e.g. cash on delivery). Those fees will be displayed to you on check out.
Which countries can I order from?
We deliver almost worldwide. For different reasons there are countries which we unfortunately can not serve. If you can’t find your country in the pull-down list in the cart after placing an item there or at the checkout, we unfortunately cannot deliver to that country.
Can I return goods that don't satisfy me?
Yes. You can return unworn textiles and unopened data/sound mediums up to 14 days after you received them and will receive a refund. However, you will have to pay for the return postage if the value of returned goods is below 40 EUR. If the value exceeds 40 EUR we are liable for the postage. To prevent possible misunderstandings and overcharged postage fees, please get in touch in advance.
When a shirt doesn't fit, can I exchange it?
That goes without saying. But please don't send it back without telling us in advance. Please contact us with your exchange request. We will let you know if your desired size is in stock and arrange an exchange.
Can I return data or sound mediums?
The exchange of CDs, LPs and other mediums is possible if the items are unopened and unused. We can't exchange opened or used data or sound mediums. Before sending anything back, please write us an e-mail.
I had a wrong item in my order or something's missing. What can I do?
That shouldn't be the case, but can happen sometimes. Please send us an e-mail, include your name, your order number and an explanation of what went wrong with your order. We will make every endeavour to solve the problem at your convenience.
How do the shirts' sizes turn out?
Next to most items there is a size chart with its dimensions. The figures are measured by placing the shirt on a flat surface. If you do so at home with your favourite shirt, you will be able to get a reference to compare. If a shirt is particularly big or narrow, this is usually mentioned in the item description.
